Since being healthy is drinking lotsa water!

Since I am now trying hard to drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water a day, I found these recipes great!  Thought I would pass them on.

Scale was my friend today 1 1/2 lbs down more today!  Did my happy dance! Life is good!
