Happy Friday!

Love Fridays!  #1 because I get to sleep in tomorrow!, Reason #2 it is because it is my cheat day to have what I want for dinner!  I don't go to overboard but I eat what I want and it is usually Mexican cuisine, pizza, or a naughty fattening hamburger with fries!  So last Friday I went to 5 Guys (YUM) and my number was 43, but when my order was up he yelled 43 and 44!  Damn if I had a couple drinks and a couple friends I would off done the Iggy thing and yelled 44!  whoa ladies that's me gonna get some burgers gonna get some burgers lol.  I was 43 but my imagination was running wild!  The number 44 when I hear it, it will always be in my mind that great commercial.  Tonight I am thinking OTB, I just love their fajitas and hell that isn't even that bad of cheat.  I am almost at my 20 lb mark finally dropped a 1 pound and a 1/2 this week and got moving again from that 2 weeks of stagnate no loss. I like this article and I utilize some of them already so I thought I would share it.  http://www.msn.com/en-us/health/nutrition/24-food-swaps-that-slash-calories/ss-AAceit?ocid=iehp
One that isn't on here is you can cut your calories and carbs almost in 1/2 by choosing the Delight pizza at Papa Murphy's over the other choices, and psst Tim even likes it! On Thanksgiving I am sure my cheat will be off the charts!  But hey isn't Thanksgiving made to over indulge?  Have a great weekend my peeps!  Hugssssss :)

Happy Tuesday and Happy Birthday Paula!!!

I haven't seen Paula for a while but I want to wish her a very Happy Birthday, I miss you girl!  Sorry for more then a week of not blogging I have been busy at work ewwwwwwwwwww!  haha!  Still on the diet track though and this morning I finally lost 2 pounds after being at a stupid stand still for almost 2 weeks!  That is frustrating!  I wanted to congratulate Denise and her daughter Megan.  Megan has lost 8 lbs!  I am so proud of her!  Denise is eating healthier and she lost 3 pounds and I am sure is feeling much better.  I ran across a article that I am going to share because now that I been on a diet for 2 months almost I do have a day where one meal I have what I miss or really want and I thought do I gain back anything from one cheat?  So this article answered it and it makes you feel better to know overeating one day doesn't make you gain weight!  http://www.msn.com/en-us/health/nutrition/can-you-gain-weight-from-one-day-of-overeating/ar-AA7swwm?ocid=iehp With Thanksgiving coming up this article is a good one, cause come on who doesn't over eat on a Holiday?  I for one will eat pumpkin pie and possibly not stop at one piece hahah...  If I would just get busy and work out I would lose this faster, but I just don't wanna work out ughhh I am a bit lazy hahahha...  Does anyone want to sign up for water aerobics with me?  I love it but I would really like a buddy to join me.  Hugs :)

Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!  Tim and I ate dinner and walked to the Moonlight to see the girls' costumes.  They all looked great as always, and Brea she was amazing cute and my favorite costume this year!  She is the cutest lil Sailor Girl!  We meant to go for a couple and got hung up on enjoying all the fun people and the great costumes and ended up walking home and getting home just shy of 1 am!  wow!  My favorite costume for men was this guy wearing a red long haired pig tailed wig haha a white t-shirt with big ole fake titties with life like nipples, shorty shorts and they were sliding down his ass so you could see his butt cleavage! He was having a blast shaking his shit and rubbing all the men's faces in his huge falsies.  Was hilarious! It takes a lot of guts to be a free spirit and do that.  Of course secretly I was checkin out the guy as Magic Mike, holy shit ladies yum!  lol Of course his date looked like ummmm Barbie and well came as Barbie.  So all and all a fun night.  Love to all!  Kelly you are the best lady!  mwah!
